- From Memorial Day Weekend through November there will be a two day minimum stay required on the weekends.
- Half deposit required at time of reservation and the balance is due
upon check-in.
- There
is a 7 day cancellation policy in effect. Any cancellation not made
prior to 7 days from arrival will be charged for reservation unless
room can be re-booked.
- Any cancellation 7 days or more are due full refund
less a $25.00 cancellation fee
- Royal View & Celestial Slumber can
have as many as three persons per room at an
additional $25.00

Check-in 3:00 p.m. till 10 p.m. unless arranged
otherwise.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. but you are free to
remain on premises and enjoy the view or play games.

NON SMOKING FACILITY, outside smoking, as well
as on the large guest decks is OK.

No Pets however we do have two very special dogs,
Daisy the Dachshund, and Dutchie our Great Swiss
Mountain Dog. Both are well behaved and not in the
way.
